Introduction letter

Al-Rook Engineering Services Company was established in year 2000 based in Baghdad -Iraq with offices in Basra and Erbil.

We are proud and pleased with our achievements and performance:

1.  The quality management System was certified and approved to ISO 9001:2008           in 2013 / BUREAU VERITAS (BV)

2.  The management system meets with the requirements to ISO 14001 Environmental Management and OHSAS 18001 Health and safety management.

3. Approved by COSQS in 2012 to developing the QMS of the local state & private firms to ISO 9001/2008.

4. Established “NDT Calibration Lab." with certified & qualified engineers.

5. Nominated as one of the pilot organization in Iraq to adopt the contents of ISO 26000/2010.

In addition Al-Rook Engineering Services is adopted by:

1-    Ministry Of Oil / MOO.

2-    Ministry of Industry & Minerals / MOI & M.

3-    Kurdistan Government / Ministry of Natural Resources KRG / MNR.

 1-     EIA baseline Study for (Air monitoring, soil, surface water, ground water, waste, social, radiation, noise).

2-    Assessment engineering study for different technical projects.

C. Quality Assurance & Quality Control.

Developing: -

-       Developing companies to get ISO 9001/2008 national certificate according to the license granted to our company by (COSQC). We developing Governmental organizations & private companies to get the QA certificate and training course to obtain QA national auditor with the ISO 9001/2008 by No. (13531) on 6/12/2012.

-       Developing companies to get ISO 9001/2008 international certificate with our partner B.V and training course to obtain QA international auditor in accordance with the ISO 9001/2008 / BV.

D. NDT Calibration Lab.

NDT Calibration is a comparison between measurements, one of known  correctness made or set with one device and another measurement made in as similar a way as possible with a second device.

E. Training Service 

The company pays attention to the training aspect (NDT inspection & HSE) to develop AL-ROOK staff ability & capability. Also to support Iraqi ministers (MOO, MOE, MOI&M) to get better knowledge and updating information through cooperate with our international partner.
